Delivery method
Items will be shipped as soon as possible by Quo Vadis upon approval of your order and according to the delivery option you selected on the website. The parcel must be received and the delivery slip signed.
As soon as we ship your parcel you will be notified by email, along with a Tracking number, given by Canada Post. You can track your parcel on the Canada Post website at any time with your tracking number.
- The shipping address can be different from the billing address.
- Your order will be shipped to the address provided when you placed your order.
- No deliveries shall be made to post office boxes.
- We do not deliver outside Canada.
Free shipping
To benefit from free shipping, your order must come to a total of at least $75 before taxes.
Shipping fees
For purchases totaling less than $75 before taxes, basic shipping fees are determined by the size and weight of the products.
Delivery time
Delivery time is calculated from the time your order leaves the Quo Vadis warehouse (Monday to Friday). Delivery time may vary between 2-7 days, depending on the province of the shipping address.
